I tripled checked everything and then once I removed the front rotors and put the factory fronts back the noise went away in the fronts.
Now I can hear the same noise in the cross drilled and slotted rotors noise but it is a lot less noticeable.
I'm just going to get new blank rotors today from Rock Auto and use the replacement Power Stop sent me.
Just wanted to update everyone in case someone experience the same issue.
New Cetric blank rotors arrived today, I installed https://eronline.ru/and/wsop-free-codes-and-bonuses.html and all the noise went away.
I think it was the weird dimpled teardrop shaped slots causing all the issues.
Another note to add, do not order rotors from Alien Brakes Quick Stop Pro companythey will blame everything but their product.
I was super nice to them but it got to the point I had to be aggressive about the return of the defected product.

I'm finally getting ready to put rear Brembos on so I won't deal with the current noise anymore.
Yes you will have the Rattlesnake noise when using slotted and dimpled rotors.
I have the same sound on mine.
I generally dont hear it unless I have my windows down and I am riding next to a wall.

I had to replace front brakes recently.
Decided to upgrade stock components without going to the "Brembo swap".
Brembo would have given a little more swept area, but didn't seem worth the trouble.
Used POWERSTOP Z23 Evolution pads and rotors.
Rotors are slotted and cross drilled.
Install was straight forward and gave no problems.
Did have some knock from the pads after.
Tried a couple of things to correct, but just ended up putting the factory hold-down springs back on.
Knock was being caused by the pads moving in the caliper when first applying brakes.
Probably should put a new hardware kit on to reduce the clearance, pads move around more than I would like.
Still have brake squeak when I use them first thing in the morning, but goes away after first stop.
Intitial bite might be a little less than orig pads, but as pedal pressure increases, friction does too.
Definitely stops better than factory.
Got them from RockAuto, reasonable price.
Will probably get matching set for rear when they need it.
Do recommend them if you don't go Brembo.

If you are feeling vibration in the car when you apply the brakes, particularly in the steering wheel, you probably have cross drilled and slotted rotors noise least one warped rotor.
Go to PowerStop web site or contact them to get specs on rotors and whether they can be machined to true turned.

My cross drilled rotors (not on my Charger) make some noise under braking. You have gaps that are coming into and out of contact with the pads. Mine are aftermarket. I have never noticed this noise on factory cross drilled Porsche, MBZ. Have driven quite a few of these. I would liken it to the chamfer angles of the holes.

Should you use semi-metallic or ceramic brake pads.

Do they even test their products?
These are all issues I touch upon in this video review.
This review details the issues I ran into with noise coming from the rear Brakenetic rotors installed on my 2015 Toyoda Highlander and the complete lack of support Brakenetic provided when I contacted them concerning the problems I encountered using their product.
If you are considering installing their rotors, you might want to watch this video.
The amount of noise these rotors generated when in use was just comical.
It makes me wonder if Brakenetic has ever actually tested the products they are selling to people.
Their front rotors seem to work okay.
But after attempting to deal with the company on the rear rotors, I doubt I'll ever do business with the company again.
Perhaps my review here will help anyone upgrading or changing their rotors, especially in the back of the car where rotor thickness could be an issue when drilling or slotting is concerned.

Cross Drilled Rotors Cross drilled rotors are OEM style blank rotors that have been cross drilled to allow heat to escape that builds up between the brake pad and rotor through the drilled holes.
